The fate of the score was decided in the penalty shootout: the Georgian national team scored 4 penalties, while the Greeks managed to score only 2 penalties. The match took place at "Dynamo Arena".

The Georgian national team will play its first game at the European Championship in Dortmund against the Turkish national team on June 18. On June 22, the Georgian team will face the Czech Republic in Hamburg, and on June 26, in Gelsenkirchen, against the Portuguese national team.
